Which I didn’t have at that time!
Someone also told me that they were using multiple templates from different people because none of them were ‘that good’.
So I decided to create one.
A customer persona workbook + template!
I studied the 10+ available templates on the market. Went through my own client archives.

(It’s not the prettiest, but it’s efficient!)
